I am headed to the 2012 Lassos & Lace Planning committee for this year's Oct. 6th's event! I cannot beleive it is this time already! I am getting excited and cannot wait to see what our committees have in store for this year!

We could not be more excited!!! Our local fabulous bakery and cupckae maker Frosted Whimsy has donated a one of a kind Desert and Cupcake Bar to our event!!! This HUGE donation is valued at over $3000!!! That is awesome! We cannot thank you enough and we are excited that you are such a giving spirit and want to support your community and the work we do!Thank you so much!!! I know my jeans will fit a little tighter after the event but I will be smiling the whole way home with my sweet tooth well statsfied!!!

Okay cowboys and cowgirls~ the fun has officially started! We have key sponsors stepping up to the plate and all the detials are coming into place. Just got off the phone with the rental company- we are going to need them to pull out all the stops on the decor for this event. I told them that this needs to be an event that Rockwall will remember for a long time coming! I think I am most excited about Mamaw's Kitchen though- it's our Charity in House Eat It Right There Bake Sale with Award Winning Recipes Pies and Cakes! Cannot wait to dig in!!! You'll want to save some space after your steak dinner for these goodies!
